[ddlm-group] Syntax summary? Wiki?

It would be nice to have a CIF2 syntax summary, including explanations 
of why changes were made, and perhaps some alternative. It could then be 
circulated to other CIF-interested developers.

I think this is a situation where a Wiki would be useful. It is hard to 
read through the list discussions to arrive at a correct summary. A Wiki 
makes it easy to update summaries and syntax descriptions, and post 
example files. Besides, it could possibly develop into an informal 
introduction to CIF2 and DDLm in a way that is appealing to many of the 
end users.
