[ddlm-group] Moving on to DDLm discussion

Dear DDLm-ers,

Now is the time to discuss the DDLm specification (the current draft
is at http://www.iucr.org/resources/cif/ddl/ddlm). In addition to the
issues raised by David, there were some proposals during the syntax
discussion to impose ordering on loop columns and rows that we
deferred. I invite proponents of those proposals to put them up now
for discussion (in a separate thread).

If there are some other ideas for DDLm attributes or behaviour, let's hear them!

James.
