[SA_scat] Your chance to view the bids for SAS-2012 & SAS-2015

The International Conference on Small-Angle Scattering has been held
approximately every 3 years since 1965. The next conference in the
series (SAS-2009) will be held in Oxford, UK in September 2009.

At SAS-2009 delegates will have an opportunity to vote for their

2008.

In conjunction with the IUCr Commission on Small-Angle Scattering, it is
the pleasure of the SAS-2009 Local Organising Committee to now make
those bids available to the global SAS Community for discussion and
consideration ahead of the vote. In parallel the Commission has also
set up an expert Evaluation Board to critically evaluate each bid.

There are three bids:

Sydney, Australia (for 2012 or possibly 2015);

Knoxville, USA (for 2012 or possibly 2015);

Berlin, Germany (for 2015)
