I'm still trying to understand the parent/child relations and the
individual definitions but before I loose them here are some trivial
comments:

In some cases the *_d_res_high and *_d_res_low items are given as
separate items and sometimes given a loop_ structure. Idem for *_all and
*_gt. I have not as yet found any particular reason for the distinction.
