Going to this meeting from the US is very expensive. I'm not sure we can find the money. Most likely I can only attend electronically.

John and I will shortly be putting the formal programme together, but
would be delighted to hear from any of you who wish specifically to
make a presentation. It would also help in our planning if you could
all provide some indication of your likely attendance (Yes/No/Maybe
will be fine at this stage).
