Brian,

Once you have a better picture of the attendance in Bergen, if you feel it would be of interest to conduct a web conference to bring everyone else in, I am happy to pursue a strategy with you to achieve this. What I am thinking is that the room where you have your live discussion would need one computer attached to a projector and with a speaker phone or speakers to project VoIP. Those not live in Bergen can log into the meeting room online, with option for using a headset or a telephone bridge. I advise using VoIP, as this will not cost anything other than the Internet connection you would need to have in Bergen. A webcam aimed at the group assembled in Bergen would help bring us all together. 

Just some thoughts from the techy.....
