Dear all

We're happy to report that ICSTI has now accepted "The Living
Publication" artices as part of its ICSTI Insights series. 
Please find attached a copy of the final version for your
own use. Please respect the 3-month embargo that ICSTI
imposes upon wider dissemination (restricted early distribution
of "Insights" within the membership is considered by ICSTI to
be a significant value-added bonus to their members). You will
note, however, that a Creative Commons attribution licence comes
into effect on 1 August, after which time the document may be
freely cited, copied and otherwise distributed.

Thank you again for your many significant inputs into these
documents. We are sure that they will form a useful basis
for developing more of the analysis that this working group
is undertaking.
