Hi,That was a most interesting piece from Nature. Thankyou Loes. 
I just learnt of this new initiative via twitter from f1000:-http://blog.f1000research.com/2016/02/04/achieving-reproducibility-through-open-publication-and-discussion/You will note their emphasis on open data.
