Hi John, nice paper with a good case for publishing raw data. One paragraph caught my eye which was: In a wider context, the European Open Science Cloud (https://ec.europa.eu/research/openscience/index.cfm?pg=open-science-cloud) is providing tools and guidelines for ‘Open Science’ for a Crowd sourcing of solutions to urgent societal problems including health challenges. As far as I know the EOSC does not exist (yet) and there are no
tools available nor guidelines. From my following of the EOSC it
is still very much a pipe dream with no clear boundaries or goals.
