  Herewith the confirmation of the room booking for the closed meeting
of the CEP on Friday 6th August 12h30-14h30 in the ETIVE room of the
SECC.

  I'll take up their offer by ordering a few sandwiches and some soft
drinks closer to the date. If you have any particular dietary
requirements would you please let me know (ps is correct in assuming
that I know he is vegetarian). I'll mention in my next budget request to
execsec this additional cost.
