Re: 2003 Annual Report / DRAFT

Suggest adding "As a result of this visit, the IUCr staff in association
with ICSTI developed a questionnaire on the long-term preservation of
publications and data sets within the crystallography community. This
questionnaire was designed to survey attitudes and practice within a
specific scientific discipline, with dissemination by email and web form
during early 2004."

(The 2004 report can of course discuss the conclusions :-)
