Dear Yves
There seem to have been large numbers of these invites circulating. One of our Editors had received in excess of ten invitations at the last count. The publisher, Bentham, state on their web site that they intend to launch 200+ open access journals this year. It will be interesting to see if such an approach produces good quality journals.
