[Imgcif-l] CBFlib repository updated

The CBFlib module of the cbflib svn repository has been updated
to agree with the CBFlib_bleeding_edge module and a CBFlib-0.9.2.3
kit has been posted to the sourceforge files for the cbflib project.

I recommend giving the 0.9.2.3 release a try, especially of you use
CBFlib with python.
