[Imgcif-l] alternate 0.7.8 data files

The network at Dowling College has taken a hit.
MTTR is unknown.  If you need a copy of the
CBFlib 0.7.8 data files tarball, a copy is
available at:

a copy of the source kit is available at:

http://www.bernstein-plus-sons.com/software/CBFlib_0.7.8_28Jul07.tar.gz

Additional copies will be on sourceforge shortly (Dowling
network permitting).
