[Imgcif-l] CBFlib-0.9.2.4 Release

A new CBFlib 0.9.2 kit is available on sourceforge at

http://downloads.sf.net/cbflib/CBFlib-0.9.2.4.tar.gz

This release adds the capability to tiff2cbf to handle short integer tiffs,
and also fixes a problem with cbf_copy.c and cif2cif under OS X 10.6 and
10.7 with 64-bit compilations.

Corrections, comments and suggestions appreciated. If this release
does not cause problems, it will become the default release.
