proposed revised CBF definition

There is now a proposed revised draft CBF definition, based on Andy
Hammersley's previous definition, Paul Ellis's API and my MIME suggestions
at:

http://www.bernstein-plus-sons.com/software/CBF/cbf_definition_rev.html

The CBFLIB link is not there yet (I have not finished editing the proposed
revised manual), but I think this will help to make some sense of the
proposed dictionary revisions. Comments and suggestions (including any
typos you spot) much appreciated.
