Please be aware that 'Early-Bird' registration will close at midnight
Eastern Standard Time on 1 May (05:00 BST, 2 May).

 

Full registration fees will apply after this deadline.

 

 

There is now an option during the online registration process to request
an invoice (for payment of fees by bank transfer, personal cheque, etc),
rather than payment by credit card.  Invoices will carry the fee in
force at the time of registration, not that when the invoice is actually
issued.  So anyone requiring an invoice is strongly encouraged to
request one before the 'Early-Bird' deadline.  Please note that invoices
are being processed in batches and may take 14-21 days to arrive.
