[SA_scat] Project Scientist position at ALS

The Advanced Light Source (ALS), a third-generation synchrotron and national user facility at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL), invites applications for a project scientist for our Small and Wide Angle X-ray scattering beamline 7.3.3.

The work will involve support of and collaboration with a large materials science SAXS/WAXS user community at the ALS. It will also involve development of new techniques and sample environments, as well as application to specific areas of materials science, in particular polymer science.

The position also requires the expansion of the user program.

For more information please feel free to contact Dr. Alexander Hexemer (ahexemer@lbl.gov<mailto:ahexemer@lbl.gov>) or apply directly at www.lbl.gov<http://www.lbl.gov> under career opening 75919.
