Re: Mirror sites for IUCr W3 services

I thought that the setting of a second US mirror was already agreed.

I do not forsee any technical problem in having more than one mirror for a 
country this size.

In establishing a mirror the problem is mainly political thus it must be done 
under the supervision of the National Committee for this country only, so that 
if two different places start to fight about where should the mirror be 
implemented, there is some body to resolve this battle. In countries where no 
National Committee exists another national organization should be involved.
