Under responibilities for list-owner and list-subscriber add:
  that it is prohibited to use a list for commercial or advertisement
purposes
  that it is prohibited to distribute or use for another purpose the
list of subscribers

A list-subscriber has the right to request the list-owner to remove from
the archive a message that the same person has posted.

 I picked these points up from Yves' posting in French of 26th Nov 1997
at 10;54 GMT under the heading "discussion list".
