Gentlemen,
  Here attached, a very first draft of the 1998 annual report on the EPC
to the executive. Please let me have your comments. 
  I've also included the budget for 1999. This is not part of the report
and has to be submitted separately to the execsec@iucr.org .
  We (I) also have to produce a triennial report (1996-1999). I'm just
about to stich together the reports of the last three years. You will
receive it shortly for review.
