SiNCris and other matters

Dear all,

I have modified the SINCRIS pages, splitting one big page in 7 different 
pages. I also believe it is more readable.

A question:  mirror servers do not more appear in the main page. Does it 
mean that we will suppress them now that the speed of the network has 
tremendously increased?
