I agree with the last messages by Andy and Brian.

I really support the proposal to make imageNCIF CIF "acceptable" as long as
we store all information in one file including the bianry part.

It is easy to design a small tool to extract the header (we will need it any 
way) and just consider the CIF header for acceptation by ComCIF.

It is a good idea to organize a meetting in Seattle.
