Hi Bob +, Sorry but as you've doubtless gathered I am no longer in a position (professionally) to take a useful active role in imageCIF/CBF development. Neverhteless, I think the time is appropriate for starting the formal approval of a minimal proposal (it's always easier to add later than remove; in fact I guess it's formally impossible to remove items.) The gradual community approval is appropriate to go hand in hand with the first genuine external testers (hopefully encouraging more within the approval period). Thanks for your continued effort.
