Re: Slight change

Andy,
  I have no objection to the proposal that identifiers start at the at the
very start of a "line", but to avoid implementation errors, I would suggest
making it clear that a "line" begins with the first printable ascii
character (9H or 20H and above) explicitly not including CR, LF, FF, ^D,
^Z, etc., otherwise somebody on a system with a peculiar choice of line
termination might get confused and miss an identifier.
