Re: Instrument Middleware Project

To the Instrument Middleware group:

Please pardon the delay in my response to this interesting message.
Even though your message was posted on 8 December, it just now arrived in
my mailbox.

I have been heavily involved both in dictionary development for
imgCIF and in software for its use.

I hope that all those involved with the development of the imgCIF
dictionary and with software for imgCIF will be interested in exploring
this exciting possibility further. I would encourage everyone to respond
and to copy messages on the subject to the imgCIF list.

I for one, would be interested in seeing what additions you may
need to the dictionary, and what functionality should be added
to CBFlib. We will be happy to cooperate.

   Regards,
      Herbert J. Bernstein
