Re: Final draft of the ITO WG recommendations

Dear All,
I have no strong wish to prolong this drafting, and so I award to Syd 'Chairman's action' authority to decide but:-
the Appendix opening para; sentence:-
In some institutions neither young nor senior researchers......
I believe should read:-
In MANY institutions neither young nor senior researchers
indeed perhaps:-
In NEARLY ALL institutions WORLDWIDE neither young nor senior researchers.....

Yours sincerely,

John

Attached is the final draft of the recommendations
for the IT Online working group. It differs only in
some typo/grammatical corrections to version 4.

If there is no further input by Tues Aug 16 I will
submit this as the recommendations to the IT Commission.

Cheers
Syd
