Dear ITO working group members Attached is another draft of the IT Online recommendations which I believe incorporates the suggestions and comments received over the past month. I have also updated the discussion summary with the significant email exchanges. Your further input on this draft is encouraged... but I believe the deadline for this has to be Aug 11. This will leave sufficient time to circulate the final recommendations prior to the congress. Particular thanks to John Helliwell for giving his advance comments on the drafting of the risk management section in the Appendix of the recommendations. Cheers Syd ------ Professor Sydney R.
