The University wishes to appoint a physicist to join this dynamic research group. The research activities cover magnetism, soft matter and hydrogen in materials.  Details of the current activities can be found at http://material.fysik.uu.se/. The research group is housed in the �ngstr�m laboratory that constitutes a major interdisciplinary research centre for materials housing physicists, chemists, materials scientists and engineers with a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment in modern laboratories.  There are also excellent arrangements for access to national and international facilities for synchrotron radiation and neutron scattering.
