[dddwg] DDWG related paper


Dear All,

Please find enclosed paper that described the IRRMC resource that 
currently has original data from over 3000 diffraction experiments 
(almost 6000 data sets). Resource is indexed, searchable, and all 
experiments have their doi that should be used when cited. The paper got 
cover in November issue of Acta Cryst D.
