Re: Mirror sites for IUCr W3 services

So the EPCs official policy is to:
 (A) Mirror and archive IUCr General Assembly and Congresses
 (B) Mirror IUCr regional associates + mirror and archive their main
conferences if they want
 (PS) Mirror and archive IUCr projects if they want.

For the other items, no action is required and we will react to
requests.

So Dear Brian,
  (A) Everything is in order.
  (B) Would you put the wheels in motion by e-writing to regional
associate presidents (cc secretaries, web master, and current conference
organizer).
  (PS) Mention this (and the discussion list service) in your next
circular to commission webmasters. Could you enquire of the exec sec to
see if he has a list of ongoing IUCr projects whose leaders could be
circulated as well.
