I take pleasure in informing you that ICSTI FORUM N28, August 1998, has
been mounted on the ICSTI web site.

It includes the final report of the discussion sessions held at Loch
Lomond
last May in the framework of the General Assembly. It also includes an
article about ChemWeb - the World Wide Club for the Chemical Community.
