CBFlib 0.2.1.1

The web pages for CBFlib 0.2 with the proposed ASCII hooks, have been
updated to CBFlib 0.2.1.1, with more complete documentation and sample
files. This version has been tested on an SGI under IRIX 6.4 and on a
PowerPC under Linux-ppc 2.1.24, and seems to be ready for beta-testing.
Volunteers appreciated.
