Re: More thoughts on polarization, divergence, time-stamps in CBF

The differences between versions of imgCIF/CBF 0.6.2 and 0.7.0 are quite
small and the latest version will be posted as soon as it is moved to
Comcifs for approval if it is not already on the web.  I expect that 0.7.0
will mutate into 1.0, the after official Comcifs approval.
