Re: [dddwg] DDDWG: Standards for metadata

Dear DDDWG members,

Thanks to Wladek and Tom for starting to set up a meta data list. This
is very useful and a good starting point. I have compiled a list from
the document of Wladek, with Andreas's and Harry's additions. In two
papers John Helliwell and I described the minimum metadata needed and
potential problems with interpretations. I have added items we discussed
in these papers to the list.

How can we shape the metadata format? I tried to find the corresponding
imgCIF names for the items in the list. I believe it would be possible
to put metadata in imgCIF. I am sure Herbert Bernstien can comment on
this, and if it would be better to follow the newer Nexus format!?
