Register now for the LAAAMP/AfLS online workshop
LAAAMP and AfLS are organizing an online workshop on Thursday 8 September 2022, 14:00–17:00 GMT+2. The aim is to provide information about the LAAAMP call for FAST (FAculty-STudent) teams to spend two months during 2023 at a synchrotron facility learning how to use SR-based techniques. The workshop is therefore directed at potential applicants, and will feature an on-site presentation from a FAST team currently at ELETTRA, and presentations from some synchrotron facilities that are available for hosting future FAST teams. The African Crystallographic Association, African Physical Society and African Materials Research Society will participate in the workshop, which will also provide hints on how to prepare a successful application.
