Latest draft DDLm documents

In the run up to the Osaka Congress where the decision will be taken on
endorsing the methods-based dictionary-definition language DDLm,
a revised draft of the specifications and associated documentation
is now available at http://www.iucr.org/iucr-top/cif/ddlm/index.html
