1997 INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON NEUTRON SCATTERING
AUGUST 17-21, 1997, TORONTO, CANADA
2nd Announcement and Call for Abstracts
The 1997 International Conference on Neutron Scattering will be
held in Toronto over four days in August of 1997, with a half day off
for an excursion to Niagara Falls. The Conference brings together
scientists from around the world who share an interest in the
application of neutron scattering techniques to problems in condensed
matter science. It will provide a forum for the presentation and
discussion of recent developments in the application of these techniques
to physics, chemistry, biology, materials science and industrial problems.
It follows in the tradition established by the previous meetings: ICNS '94
in Sendai, ICNS '91 in Oxford, ICNS '88 in Grenoble, ICNS '85 in
Santa Fe, and ICNS '82 in Hakone.
The Second Announcement and Call for Abstracts has been mailed. If
you did not receive a copy and would like to add
your name to the mailing list please send an e-mail message with your name,
address, fax number, and e-mail address to: [email protected]. You can also
find all of the information in the Announcement, including downloadable
Registration, Abstract Submission, and Residence forms at the conference
homepage: http://www.physics.utoronto.ca/icns/icns.html. There is also
information about the companions program with links to sites of interest
in and around Toronto. As more information about the program becomes
