Dear Colleagues; The NIST Polymers Division is in the midst of an exercise aimed at defining its requirments for a new generation of equipment for use in its x-ray scattering related research. This note is a sort of "market survey" asking that persons who know about components or systems that might be useful for laboratory SAXS and WAXD work on polymers get in touch with me As Soon As Possible. Information on x-ray generators, area detectors, SAXS cameras, WAXD equipment, etc. will be welcomed. While this is not a Request for Quotation, information on complete systems wil be especially appreciated. Dr. John D.
