IUCr Congress in Glasgow

Those of you who attended the splendid 17th Congress in Seattle will know that Glasgow was ratified as the venue for the 18th Congress in 1999. It is a long way away, but now is the time to reflect on the Seattle meeting, while it is fresh in your mind, and pass on your comments and observations on what worked well, as well as what you would like to see changed in 1999.
