Dear colleagues, A 4-year PhD position jointly funded by the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source and Oxford Expression Technologies is available at Oxford Brookes University, department of Biological and Medical Sciences in Oxford (UK). The PhD project will investigate the structure of extracellular vesicles (EV) and budded virus (BV) particles in baculovirus replication in insect cells. It aims at developing separation strategies to isolate small EVs from baculovirus BV particles and characterizing their structure using small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) and cryogenic electron microscopy (cryoEM).
