General information

The main activity of the Commission on International Tables is the planning, editing and maintaining of the volumes of International Tables for Crystallography, which are published both in print and online by the International Union of Crystallography.

The members of the Commission on International Tables are the editors of the volumes and are appointed by the Executive Committee of the IUCr. The Commission holds an Open Meeting at each of the triennial International Congresses of the IUCr in which the published volumes, new editions and proposed new volumes are discussed. The most recent meeting was held during the XXI Congress in Osaka, Japan, in 2008.
