Dear COMCIFS,

It is with some regret and disappointment that I announce Nick
Spadaccini's resignation as a COMCIFS voting member and observer,
effective prior to the recent vote on CIF2 adoption.  I propose not to
fill this vacancy until the Madrid meeting.
