CCP4 Protein Crystallography

The CCP4 Program Suite is an integrated set of programs for protein crystallography developed in a close collaboration between crystallographers under an initiative by the UK Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (formerly the SERC). Applications include data reduction, scaling programs, Patterson search and refinement, isomorphous and molecular replacement, phase improvement (density modification), structure refinement and presentation of results. The suite of 130 programs, in use at 372 sites, is available free to academic institutions, subject to return of an application fee license to the CCP4 secretary, M. Winn, Daresbury.
