Scheduling

Dear Bill:

I can't find anywhere a date that resolves the time of Newsletter publication to closer than one year. Can we have a month and year on the front cover.

Dear Bob:

Sorry about that but we have been unable to establish a regular schedule and now there is a question of whether the IUCr can afford 3 or 4 issues per year.
