Publishing schedule

Dear Bill:

Ian Langford retired in 1992 as BCA Treasurer; I am now in the middle of a 4-year term in that office (1992-96) so any donations to the Dorothy Hodgkin Prize Fund should probably be sent to me. I would find it helpful to have a IUCr Newsletter press or publication date somewhere on page 1 (to see just how long distribution is taking) and also a schedule of copy deadlines for the next few issues.

I regret the error in noting the place to send Hodgkin Prize donations. I am trying to establish a regular publication schedule. The page make-up is done at the American Institute of Physics and requires 6 weeks from the day I provide full text and photos. The printer requires 13 working days. In future, I would like to achieve the following schedule:
