_restr_torsion_angle_target

Definition:

   The angle in degrees to which the torsion angle is restrained.
   The torsion angle is the dihedral angle between the plane defined
   by atoms 1, 2 and 3, and the plane defined by atoms 2, 3 and 4.

The permitted range is -180 -> 180
