Definition:

   
    This item is an integer identifier which, along with
    _diffrn_scan_frame_monitor.detector_id,
    _diffrn_scan_frame_monitor.scan_id, and
    _diffrn_scan_frame_monitor.frame_id
    should uniquely identify the monitor value being recorded
    If _array_data.binary_id is not explicitly given,
    it defaults to 1.
