For commensurately modulated structures the transformation, T, from the crystallographic axes of the reference structure to the supercell generated by the wave vectors expressed as (a~s~,b~s~,c~s~) = (a~r~,b~r~,c~r~)T, where (a~s~,b~s~,c~s~) and (a~r~,b~r~,c~r~) are the crystallographic axes of the supercell and the reference cell, respectively.
