Definition:
This item specifies the transformation matrix Pp of the
basis vectors and origin of the current setting to those
of the Belov-Neronova-Smirnova setting presented in the
ISO-MAG tables. The basis vectors (a',b',c') of the BNS
setting are obtained as
(a',b',c',1) = Pp (a,b,c,1)
where (a,b,c) are the current basis vectors.
